These rates include:

• The occupation of the whole house from Saturday (after 5pm) till Saturday (before 10am)
• The use of bedsheets, towels (excluding pool towels) and all electric household appliances
• The general cleaning of the house at the end of the stay (provided the house is in a normal state of dirtiness)
• The maintenance of swimming pool and garden
• The internet connection
• The water and electricity consumption
• The taxes

• Animals and pets are not admitted.
• The stays always start on a Saturday (arrival after 5pm) and end on a Saturday (departure before 10am).
• A 30% advance must be deposited on the day of the reservation.
• The remaining balance will have to be deposited at least 2 months before the start of the stay.
• A € 800 deposit, to cover possible damage, has to be paid by transfer at the same time as the balance. It will be reimbursed by transfer too, in the days following the exit inventory.
• In case of cancellation by the client within the last 6 months before the start of the stay, the deposit will not be reimbursed.
• In case of cancellation by the client within the last 2 months before the start of the stay, the remaining balance will not be reimbursed.
• If the client does not show up on the expected day of arrival or if the client  interrupts the stay before the expected day of departure, there will be no reimbursement.
